Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and escalate problems as needed.
Install software and hardware and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of all requests and their resolutions.
Provide training to new employees as needed.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT support
