  • Review clinical documentation and assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes
  • Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and internal quality standards
  • Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets
  • Collaborate with medical and operational teams to resolve coding-related queries
